Warranty Coverage
SORENTO offers the following warranties to the original purchaser of its products, as detailed in the warranty policy.
Replacement Parts
Depending on the circumstances, SORENTO may provide replacement parts (excluding installation) for selected products, as outlined in the warranty policy.
Warranty Claim Requirements
To claim your warranty, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- Provide the submission ID as proof of warranty registration. The submission ID will be sent to you via email after completing the registration on the warranty page.
This warranty is valid only in Malaysia.
SORENTO reserves the right to amend or modify the Warranty Terms and Conditions at its absolute discretion.
