    The following are steps to claim warranty:

    1. Ascertain if the product is still valid under warranty period.
    2. Contact the nearest SORENTO authorized dealer.
    3. Describe precisely the defects of the product.
    4. Bring the product for inspection by SORENTO authorized dealer, if necessary.
    5. Present the proof of purchase (original purchase receipt) and registered warranty card if required.


    What we will do upon receiving client's claim for warranty:

    1. To verify if the product's warranty is still valid within the stipulated period.
    2. To inspect the defects of the product as described.
    3. To verify the proof of purchase and registered warranty card.
    4. To proceed the request for replacement of part if it is eligible for.
    5. To provide estimated delivery time of part for replacement if necessary.


    IMPORTANT NOTE:

    1. Part for replacement within warranty is free of charge.
    2. The original purchaser is required to collect the part for replacement at his/her own cost.
    3. SORENTO will not provide labour or technician to perform replacement of part.
